This place was formely a coaching inn on the CD921 departmental road, linking Saint-Flour and Chaudes-Aigues in the valley of Truyère, near the lakes of Lanau, Sarrans, Granvals, and it is the first step for a discovery of Monts du Cantal, Margeride or Aubrac mounts, and of the Truyère and Bès valleys.
